본 연구의 목적은 사례관리자가 사례관리를 수행함에 있어서 자기효능감과 지역사회자원의 네트워크구축의 관계에서 사회적 관계망의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 본 연구참여자는 충청북도에 위치한 사회복지관련 기관에서 사례관리업무를 담당하는 181명의 사례관리자이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 활용하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 통계처리하였다. 분석한 결과, 사례관리자의 사회적 관계망은 자기효능감과 지역사회자원의 네트워크구축의 관계에서 완전매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 사례관리자의 자기효능감은 사회적 관계망을 거쳐서 지역사회자원의 네트워크구축에 영향을 미치는 경로로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 지역사회자원의 네트워크구축하기 위하여 사례관리자의 자기효능감과 사회적 관계망을 증진시키고 향상시키는 방안을 논의하였고, 함의를 제안하였으며 추후 연구과제를 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of social network in relationship between the case manager's self-efficacy and community resource network building. Data of the study subjects obtained by participating research a survey on 181 case managers who perform case management in social welfare institutions located in North Chungcheong Province. Data analysis was performed by utilizing a multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The results were as follows: the self-efficacy is shown to affect the community resource network. But, I input the social network in these variables and analysis the path. Social network is shown to fully mediated effects between these variables. Therefore, a hypothesis is verified that case manager’s self-efficacy affects the community resource network through the social network. On the basis of these results, in order to improve and promote the community resource network, I discussed the practical and theoretical implications and suggested further research works.
