본 연구에서는 교사의 창의적 리더십과 교사 효능감과 교사 핵심역량의 일반적 수준을 파악하고 교사의 창의적 리더십이 교사 효능감을 매개로 하여 교사 핵심역량에 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 경기도 공립학교 중․고등학교 교사 300명의 자료를 최종분석 자료로 사용하여 일원분산분석, 다중회기분석, 경로분석을 통해 변인간의 직간접 인과효과에 대해 검증하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 교사의 배경변인에 따른 교사의 창의적 리더십, 교사 효능감 및 교사 핵심역량에는 차이가 유의미하게 나타났고 둘째, 교사의 창의적 리더십 수준이 높을수록 교사의 효능감 수준이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 배경변인, 창의적 리더십, 교사 효능감 및 교사 핵심역량의 각 하위변인 간의 인과관계를 살펴보면 교사 핵심역량에 직접․간접 효과와 정적․부적 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 교사 핵심역량에 영향을 주는 배경변인들의 직접효과도 있지만, 창의적 리더십이 교사 효능감을 매개로 할 때, 교사 핵심역량에 대한 효과가 증대되었으며, 교사 효능감은 교사 핵심역량에 대한 직접효과와 함께 배경변인과 창의적 리더십이 경유하는 매개변인의 역할을 한다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 독창적이고 가치 있는 아이디어 창출과 실행을 가능하게 하여 교사 개인의 자아실현과 학교 조직의 비전실현을 돕는 영향력인 창의적 리더십을 통해 교사가 효능감을 발휘하여 미래를 이끌어갈 창의적 글로벌 인재 양성에 필요한 핵심역량을 강화할 수 있다는 점을 시사한다.
This study tried to research the general level of teacher's creative leadership teacher efficacy and teacher's core competency, tried to prove the influence of creative leadership on the teacher efficacy and the teacher's core competency. For this purpose, the researcher distributed questionaries to teachers attending on some public middle schools and high schools located in Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. And used the collected 300 copies of questionaries as the data for final analysis. The way for data processing and analysis of this study as follows.: Using the SPSS statistical program, the frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and reliability coefficient (cronbach's alpha) were calculated. And t-test and ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, Multiple regression analysis was conducted, examined the VIF (Variance Inflation Factor) index. The findings are summarized as follows. First, investigating the level of the teacher efficacy according to the teachers' creative leadership, it was appeared that the creative leadership of all the sub-factors showed significant results. Second, higher levels of all variables, the level of teacher efficacy was higher except constructive thinking. Third, looking causal effect between variables, there were the direct or indirect effect. And looking the effect of these correlated variables in the causal effect between variables, there were positive and negative correlation effects. This study suggests through creative leadership that it is the influence helping both personal realization and organization's visional realization in order to lead original and valuable ideas, so the teacher efficacy by exerting can strengthen teachers' core competency needed creative global talent to lead the future.
