지금 북한주민들이 보여주고 있는 김일성, 김정일에 대한 충성심은 우리의 관점에서 보면 분명 이상한 모습이다. 그러나 북한주민들이 태어나면서부터 기독교 신자들이 교육받는 것 같이 주체사상과 김일성, 김정일에 대한 충성심을 교육받고 있다는 것을 안다면 그들이 김일성, 김정일에게 보이는 태도가 조금은 이해될 수 있을 것이다. 기독교는 자신들의 신앙을 체계적인 교육시스템을 통해 신자의 일생동안 지속적ㆍ반복적으로 교육하여 내면화 시키고 있다. 이러한 교육을 통해 기독교 신자들은 하나님을 섬기며 하나님의 말씀에 따라 사는 사람들이 된다. 또한 자신들이 가지고 있는 신앙을 자신들만이 간직하지 않고 세계적으로 전파하기 위한 노력들도 지속적으로 펼치고 있다. 이러한 점은 북한도 마찬가지이다. 북한은 주민들을 평생 동안 항상 어느 한 조직에 소속시켜 김일성과 김정일의 절대성과 그들에게 충성을 다해야 한다는 것에 대해 지속적ㆍ반복적으로 교육 시키고 있다. 이것을 통해 북한주민들은 김정일이 바라는 창조적 인간, 전면적으로 발전된 사회주의적 인간, 주체혁명위업, 사회주의위업을 위하여 모든 것을 다바쳐 투쟁하는 주체형의 혁명가로 키워지고 있는 것이다. 이렇게 길러진 사람들은 당연히 김정일과 북한체제에 충성하고 그들의 권력을 지탱시켜 주는 힘이 되어주고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고 주체사상을 세계에 보급하기 위해서도 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 활동들은 주민들에게 언론을 통해 자주 노출 시켜 주체사상에 대해 주민들이 자부심을 가질 수 있도록 노력하고 있다. 즉, 지금 북한주민들의 모습은 김정일에 의해 교육되어진 것이다. 지금까지 주체사상에 대한 연구는 너무나 많이 이루어져서 이것의 본질에 상당히 접근했다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 북한이 주체사상을 주민들에게 어떻게 주입시키고 이것이 북한 주민들에게 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는 것인가에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 적었던 것이 사실이다. 그렇기에 아직도 우리는 북한주민들이 보이는 정권에 대한 순종적인 태도와 김일성과 김정일에게 충성하는 것을 잘 이해하지 못하고 있는 것이다. 그래서 이러한 점을 더욱 심층적으로 분석한 연구가 더 많이 나왔으면 하는 바람이다. 그래야 지금은 이해되지 못하고 있는 북한이 더욱 잘 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

The loyalty for Kim Il Sung and Kim Jung Il of North Korean people looks strange in our aspect. However, it may be understood a little when considering North Korean people are trained about Juche ideology and loyalty for Kim Il Sung and Kim Jung Il since they are born and like Christian believers learn about the religion. Christianity continuously and repeatedly trains believers for the whole life through systematic training system to internalize the faith. Such training allows Christians to worship God and make them to live according to God’s gospel. Moreover, the Christians continuously put efforts to spread the faith to the world rather than keeping it inside themselves. North Korea is the same in this aspect. North Korean government continuously and repeatedly train people to be loyal to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jung Il and teach about their absolutes since they are in a nursery and belong to an organization for their whole life. Through this, North Korean people are raised to become creative human, socialistic human who are developed in overall, and fighting Juche revolutionists who offer everything of them for the great achievement of Juche revolution and socialism as Kim Jung Il wish them to be. The people who are raised like this are loyal to Kim Jung Il and North Korean regime and become the strength to support their power. Moreover, they are putting a lot of efforts to spread the Juche ideology to the world. They try North Korean people to feel pride about Juche ideology as they expose such activities through media. Namely, current figures of North Korean people are trained by Kim Jung Il. There have been many studies about Juche ideology and have fairly approached to the essence. However, there have been relatively fewer studies how Juche ideology is injected to the people and how influential it is for them. Therefore, we still don’t fully understand the obedient attitude for North Korean regime by the people and their loyalty to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jung Il. Thus, I wish there will be more studies that deeply analyze these points. Then, we could understand about North Korea that is not understood now.
