The purpose of this study is to look at children's physique and physical fitness, comparing children in the Eco Early Childhood Education Center with and the General Childhood Education Center. Such a comparison can be helpful in setting up recommendations based on children's body conditions following early childhood education programs for the education of children. For this study, GAIA KIKO and Helmas Ⅲ are applied to measure the physique(height, weight, body fat rate, and amount of body fat) and physical fitness(muscular strength, muscular endurance, reflexes, agility, balance, and flexibility) of 71 children(5 years old) in both the Eco Early Childhood Education Center and the General Childhood Education Center. As a result of this study, it was found that children in these facilities exhibited no differences between height and weight, but there were differences between body fat rate and amount of fat. The amount of body fat and body fat rate are higher at the General Childhood Education Center than at the Eco Early Childhood Education Center. Furthermore, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and agility are higher at the Eco Early Childhood Education Center. Balance and flexibility, however, showed no statistical differences.
