이 글은 북한을 둘러 싼 국제 정치 상황을 경제학의 게임이론 모형을 적용하여 분석한 연구의 내용을 담고 있다. 특히 핵을 보유하게 된 북한과 이에 대한 한국 및 미국의 대응을 게임이론을 통하여 분석하는 내용을 담고 있으며, 한국과 미국의 대응에 따라 북한의 행동을 예상해 보려고 시도하였다. 또한 경제 상황이 어려운 북한 내부의 갈등 상황을 게임이론을 통하여 모형화함으로써 북한 내부로부터의 변화 가능성도 분석해 보았다. 마지막으로 북한 문제에 있어 큰 영향력을 행사할 수 있는 중국과 북한의 관계를 모형화해 봄으로써 중국과 북한 사이에 향후 일어날 수 있는 여러 가능성들도 고려해 보았다.
This paper deal with the political situations around North Korea using game theoretic models. First, we analyze the conflict between North Korea and South Korea as well as USA especially concerning the nuclear weapon that North Korea is presumed to possess. Second, we deal with the possible internal conflict in North Korea caused by the economic crisis. The possibility of changes from inside of North Korea was considered. Third, we briefly deal with the China and North Korea relationship.
