본 연구는 국민의 생명과 안전을 지키는 소방조직의 문화를 파악하고 그 조직문화가 조직시민행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 또한 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 파악하여, 소방조직이 국민들에게 좀 더 나은 소방서비스를 제공하고자 연구하게 되었다. 선행연구를 중심으로 조직문화를 4가지 유형 즉 관계지향문화, 혁신지향문화, 과업지향문화, 위계지향문화로 설정하고 조직시민행동의 요소를 이타행동, 예의바름, 양심적 행동, 정당한 행동, 참여행동으로 나누어 각각의 영향관계를 살펴보았다. 또한 각각의 조직문화가 직원들의 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가도 함께 살펴보았다. 결과를 보았을 때 소방조직에서는 위계지향문화가 조직시민행동 요소에 모두 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 소방조직의 특성으로 인해 타 조직과는 차별적으로 위계지향문화 속에서 조직시민행동이 유의한 영향을 보이고 있음을 알 수 있다.


The fire fighting organization duty getting to complexity and variety. Before modern society fire fighting was cognition to just fire suppression. Recently fire fighting comprehensive for artificial an accident, nature disaster, calamity. Especially fire fighting org. culture is not enough to theory of thesis. The fire fighting org. specific of duty is not easy in previous organization culture to fire suppression, rescue, aid, arrive confrontation activity, crisis state of emergency including inside general administration, fire prevention administration. The fire fighting org. culture will become the justice with difference and will do, through this dissertation, will lead and the respectively fire fighting organizational culture quality affects in organization civil conduct of the staffs and will observe will see, means that this organization civil conduct further will be joined together with the improvement which large national fire fighting is quality of service about tried to investigate. As tried to observe the fire fighting org. culture affects in unemployment intention of the staffs reduced the unemployment intention of fire fighting government employee and service improvement fire fighting is a goal which is ultimate under trick. To the research result fire fighting org. which sees is confirmed, that the culture of the form which is various exists the existence of the culture which is various id like this being confirmed, according to the policy making at the time of will be able to be sufficient the cultural craving which is various in order about here after fire org., must consider the various cotton. Research result is from relationship intention org. culture refers to a period most lowly and within organizing must endeavor more in relationship improvement of the staffs.
