The banqueting industry in hotels and the outside sources have expectations from each other, which if not met by one side, affects the other. These outside source company have continuously developed; this has caused many problems, in cases of quality management of product and service to customer. Due to competition, in order to survive this vigorous strive for excellence, the great effort must be made to be able to give the best of service, despite of the hiring of part-timers. Therefore, this study will present the effective management of part-timers by understanding the psychological characteristics of part-timers, in addition to analyzing how the intentions of employment, satisfaction of duties performed, and quality of service effects one another.
