There has been a rapid growth of campus-wide information service systems(CWISS) the last few years, and the fast evolvement arise necessities about how to manage these service systems to obtain efficiency and success. User satisfaction with CWISS is an increasingly important topic in view of the explosive growth in the number of students who use CWISS in their school lives and the resulting need to evaluate the effectiveness of such usage. In this study, CWISS are regarded as general information systems and students are thought of as end-user. The theoretical structure of the user satisfaction instrument contains six first-order factors with two second-order factors. This study investigated the construct or composite reliability and construct validity of both implied and explicit theoretical structure of the instrument. This study also investigated the causal relationship of overall user satisfaction and information satisfaction, and system satisfaction.
