The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship betweent a sCommunication Environment in Hotel Organization. The study examined therelationship between the three variables and also tested the differentinfluence between the three variables as Communication Environment. Thequestionnaire method was adopted to collect the data for this study.Communication Environment was related positively to job satisfaction andorganization commitment. Second, the job satisfaction was related positivelyto organization commitment.
