After 20 century, the care services have increased the size of government support and social interest. However, despite this increasing, supporting environment for care providers was poor. So we focused on Child-care providers among the care services provider. And then we investigated that their job stress and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and turnover intention. As the result, job stress on job satisfaction was found to be negative affect, job satisfaction and turnover intention relationship was also negative effects. So they needed that provide the appropriate payroll system, self-leisure time, two-dimensional building services systems.
