본 연구는 예술치료사가 지각한 직무스트레스와 치료적 동맹 관계를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 연구 대상은 대학원이나 학회 또는 협회 등을 통하여 예술치료를 전공하고, 예술치료관련 2급이상 자격증을 취득 한 예술치료사 97명으로 하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적인 특성을 알아보기 위하여 빈도 분석을 하였으며 직무스트레스가 예술치료사의 치료적 동맹에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 나타난 결과를 요약 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예술치료사의 직무스트레스는 성별, 주당 사례 수, 근무형태에 따라서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 연령변인, 결혼여부, 학력수준, 치료경력, 주당 근무시간, 수입, 직무관련 교육 및 연수 등에 따라서는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예술치료사의 직무스트레스와 치료적 동맹은 부적상관을 나타냈다. 특히 직무스트레스의 하위요인 중에서 직무관련요인이 치료적 동맹의 하위 요인인 유대감, 목표합의, 과제동의에 있어 부적상관이 높게 나타났다.


A purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between arts therapist's job stress and therapeutic alliance perceived by arts Therapist. The subjects for this study consisted of 97 arts therapists who specialized in arts therapy at a graduate school, a learned society, association, and others and had arts therapy qualification level 2. To know the general characteristics of the subjects for a method of analyzing data, frequency analysis was carried out. To identify the relationship between arts therapists' job stress and therapeutic alliance, correlation analysis was carried out. To identify the effects of job stress on therapeutic alliance, regression analysis was carried out. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was no meaningful difference in job stress by gender, workplace and work type. The arts therapists who are unmarried and in lower age has a higher job stress. Besides, the arts therapists who have a low education background and a shorter therapy career had a higher job stress. The arts therapist who have a shorter working hour in a week, a lower monthly income and do not participate in job related education and training had the higher jon stress. Second, there was a negative correlation between job stress of the arts therapists and therapeutic alliance. In particular, a job related factor among sub-factors of job stress had a high negative correlation with factors of therapeutic alliance such as bonds, goal agreement and task consent.
