고등학교에서의 독서활동 평가는 '미래사회가 요구하는 창의적인 학생'을 선발하고자 하는 입학사정관 제도에 부합한다. 또한 장기적으로 학교가 발전하기 위해서 다양한 지식과 통섭의 능력을 갖추고 창의성을 겸비한 지도자를 배출하는 것에 역점을 두고자 할 때 학생의 장기적 독서 활동을 점검하여 선발하는 과정이 반드시 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고등학교의 학교생활기록부와 창의적 체험활동 종합지원 시스템을 통해 학생의 장기적인 독서활동을 평가할 수 있는 기준을 개발하고 이 기준에 근거하여 현재 시행 중인 대학입학사정관제에 독서 특기자를 연계시킬 수 있는 방법을 구안한다. 학교생활기록부를 통해 수집 가능한 정보는 수상경력, 봉사활동실적, 자격증 및 인증점수, 임원경력 등이다. 그리고 창의적 체험활동 종합지원 시스템을 통해서는 동아리 활동(독서 관련), 봉사활동(도서관 봉사), 독서활동(독서노트 작성), 방과 후 활동(특기 적성), 자율 활동(행사-대론대회 참석), 진로활동(자격증, 진로 탐색)을 파악할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 두 부분으로 나눈다. 학교생활기록부에 의한 점수 산출은 객관적 자료가 가능하기 때문에 비교적 용이하다. 그에 비해 창의적 체험활동 종합지원 시스템은 학생의 자율적인 활동이 핵심이기 때문에 그 진정성을 검토하기 위한 심층적인 기준이 필요하다. 본 연구를 통해 학교생활기록부와 창의적 체험활동 종합지원 시스템에 의해 학생의 장기적인 독서활동을 평가할 수 있는 기준을 모색한다.
Evaluation of reading activity in high-school is in accord of the admission officer system in selecting ‘creative students of whom a future society demands’ It is essential to check students’ long-term reading activities and have a selection process for a long range development of school with the emphasis put on to produce a creative leader who has a wide knowledge and an ability of consilience. Through a ‘comprehensive support system of creative experience program’, this study develops a standard to evaluate students’ long-term reading activities, which then discerns a way to connect the current system of admission officer system and students-in-talent with reading, based on the standard suggested above. Available information that can be gathered through a student record is number of awards, status of voluntary work, certification and experience of student board. And through a comprehensive system of creative experience program, following activities can be measured: club activity (reading related), voluntary work (library duty), reading activity (making out reading note), after school work (specialty and aptitude), free activity (attending debate competition) and career activity (certification,careerexploration). Therefore this study is composed of two main parts. Thanks to the objective information given, grading on the basis of student record is relatively simple. However, for grading on the basis of comprehensive system of creative experience system, an in-depth standard is required to review its validity since students’ self-determination is a core factor to be measured. This study seeks a standard that can measure students’ long-term reading activity by student records and a comprehensive system of creative experience program.
