본 연구는 우리나라 이동통신에서 서비스품질의 지속적인 향상을 위하여 서비스품질에 관하여 체계적으로 연구하여 스마트폰서비스품질에 대한 근본적인 이해를 증진시키고자 하였다. 현재 제조업에서 활용·응용되고 있는 QFD기법을 서비스업종에 적용하여 서비스품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안에 대해 살펴보았으며, 특히 서비스업종 중에서도 이동통신 서비스에 적용하여 스마트폰을 이용하는 고객들의 요구사항이 실제 모바일 서비스에 반영되어 더 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방안에 대해 연구해 보았다. 품질관리 분야에서 사용되고 있는 QFD기법을 이용하여 소비자들의 요구품질을 파악하여, 소비자가 중요하게 생각하는 품질기능과 이동통신 입장에서의 중요품질기능의 일치정도를 판별하고, 소비자의 요구를 충족시키기 위하여 QFD를 이용한 요구품질에 관한 연구를 하였다. 이에 따라 연구모형을 개발하고 이들을 실증적으로 조사하고 분석함으로써 우리나라 모든 이동통신업체가 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 이동통신서비스 QFD모형을 적용하여 성공적인 이동통신서비스 품질관리의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 바탕으로 서울 시내 스마트폰을 이용하는 고객들을 대상으로 실증분석을 통해 QFD기법을 적용한 결과, 고객의 진정한 요구를 파악함으로써 이동통신회사가 중점 관리해야 할 품질특성을 결정하며, 서비스 품질관리 시 소비자 지향적 사고 방식을 적용함으로써 고품질의 이동통신서비스 품질 향상을 도모하려 하였다. 본 연구에서는 현재 출시되어 있는 스마트 폰의 인터페이스적인 요소를 분석하고 기존의 스마트 폰 인터페이스 상의 문제점인 조작용이성, 접근의 용이성을 개선하려고 한다.
The purpose of this study is to help people to understand better about the smart phone service quality through researching systematically on the service quality of Mobile Telecommunications. QFD method, mainly used in manufacturing, is applied to the service industry to improve the service quality of the Mobile Telecommunications. The relations between quality function from guest-side and quality function from smart phone service provider are analyzed through grasping guests‘ demand quality by using QFD and the research regarding the demand quality is done to satisfy the need of the guests. Thus, this study plans to show the direction of successful quality management of Mobile Telecommunications service by applying Mobile Telecommunications service QFD model through developing study models and analyzing models empirically. As a result of applying QFD method through empirical analysis focused on the customers using smart phones in Seoul, this study proves to set a standard to provide high quality service of the Mobile Telecommunications through applying guest-oriented way of thinking in service quality management. Therefore, this research looks forward to analyze the interfacial points of both the regular smart phones and also improve the problems found in manipulate, accessing different functions found in our smart phones.
