이 연구는 평생교육기관에서 바이올린 연주 기법을 학습하는 사람들을 지도하는 왼손 기본자세와운지법에 대한 것이다. 학습자들이 왼손 기본자세의확고한 틀을 구축하고 신속하고 정확한 음정으로다양한 음악적 표현을 자연스럽게 할 수 있는 토대를 닦아주는 기능습득에 중점을 두었다. 이 연구의결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 내리고자 한다. 첫째, 바이올린 연주자의 왼손 기본자세의 구축은연주자로서의 성장을 위한 기본적 자질을 형성하는데 가장 중요한 요소가 된다는 점이다. 둘째, 왼손기본자세의 구축은 지판 위 음계의 배열에 위치하는 손가락 배열을 최적의 조건으로 만들어 준다는점이다. 셋째, 올바른 기본자세의 습득은 감각적으로 반응하는 왼손 운지에 영향을 주게 되어 거리감을 예측하고 판단하는데 도움을 준다. 이는 정확한음정을 구사하여 절대음감을 습득하는데 도움이 된다. 넷째, 왼손 기본자세의 구축은 바이올린의 훌륭한 연주를 위한 시간과 노력을 단축시킨다는 점이다. 이와 같은 평생교육기관의 바이올린 연주기법수업은 바이올린의 대중화 열쇠가 될 것이다. 따라서 다양한 평생교육기관에서 바이올린을 접할 수있는 기회를 시민들에게 제공할 필요가 있다.

This study is focused on basic left-handed position and fingering for violin learners in lifelong educational institutes. Those skills are needed for expressing various impressions with precise musical scales. The results are as follows. First, Mastering basic left-handed position is most important for becoming a good violin player. Second, mastering basic left-handed position makes fingers arrangement fit well musical scale on fingerboard. Third, mastering correct basic postures helps learners predict and judge the distance precisely owing to left-handed fingering. Also it helps to acquire perfect pitch. Fourth, it can save time and effort for great violin performance. Violin instruction of lifelong education classes such techniques will be the key to the popularity of the violin. Therefore, the opportunity to access the violin in various continuing education institutions need to provide citizens in the lifelong learning dimension.
