본 연구는 전국의 초·중·고등학교에서 상담업무를 수행하는 학교상담자 214명을 대상으로 그들의 처우만족과 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 에듀테인먼트 기반에서 파악하고자 했다. 그 결과, 학교에서 상담업무를 수행하는 본 연구 대상자는 사회복지 관련 학과를 졸업한 뒤, 일주일에 20시간 미만으로 30명 미만의 학생들을 친구문제를 위주로상담실에서 개인상담을 하고 있었고, 현장에서 주로상담기법과 프로그램 적용에 관하여 학교로부터 지원받는 정기적인 교육·훈련이 학생들에게 도움이되므로 필요하다고 했으며, 소속 학교 교직원의 관심과 협조 그리고 상담시설이 정비되기를 원하였다. 그리고, 학교상담자들의 에듀테인먼트 기반의 처우만족도는 전문성 인정과 보상체계, 근무환경, 전문성 신장, 행정지원의 영역에서 주 상담시간과 주 상담학생 수를 줄이고 무능감과 조직 부적응이 낮아져야 더 만족하였다. 상담활동의 소진은 무능감과사생활 악화, 조직부적응의 영역에서 주로 연간 교육·훈련시간에 따라 차이를 보였다. 따라서, 에듀테인먼트 기반을 둔 학교상담과 관련하여 지속적인 논의가 전개될 수 있고, 전국의 학교 현장에서 상담업무를 수행하는 전문상담 인턴교사와 학교교육 복지사를 대상으로 인적 특성과 실태, 개선방향, 처우 만족도, 상담활동의 소진에 관하여 분석한 것에 의의가 있다.

The expertise recognized for counseling incompetent sense of organization maladjustment, and increased the number of students increases, satisfaction, and reduced consultation time is reduced reward system, and the inability to sense the factors affecting treatment satisfaction and burnout counseling activities growing organization maladjustment lower satisfaction and the work environment, counseling organization maladjustment, and increased the number of students increases, satisfaction, professionalism, lowered kidney organization maladjustment and increased consultation time, higher satisfaction lowering administrative support the low satisfaction increased counseling and counseling students.
