＞본 연구는 관리회계시스템이 제공하는 비재무 성과정보가 기업 성과향상에 미치는 영향을 조직학습 관점에서 규명하고자, TQM하의 관리회계정보와 기업성과간의 관계에 대한 조직학습의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 구조방정식 모형에 의한 분석결과, TQM은 관리회계시스템이 제공하는 비재무 성과정보(성과목표 설정정도, 성과측정치 제공정도)에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 상관관계 분석결과에 있어서도 TQM 수준과 관리회계정보 수준간에 정(+)의 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 관리회계정보 역시 조직학습에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나, 관리회계시스템에 의해 산출, 제공되는 비재무 성과정보가 조직학습 정도를 제고시키고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 또한 관리회계정보와 조직학습, 기업성과간의 인과관계 분석결과에 의하면, 관리회계정보는 기업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있으며, 조직학습 역시 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 매개회귀분석 결과, 조직학습은 관리회계정보와 기업성과간의 관계에 대하여 유의적인 매개영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 관리회계시스템이 제공하는 비재무성과 정보가 조직학습 수준을 제고시키고, 관리회계정보의 제공에 의해 그 수준이 향상된 조직학습이 기업성과를 개선하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다는 사실을 제시하는 것이다.
This study empirically examined the mediating effect of organizational learning on the relationship between management accounting information by management accounting systems under total quality management(TQM) and performance of a firm for verifying the influence of the information of non-financial performance on the advancement of performance of a firm in terms of organizational learning.As a result of analysis by structural equation modeling, the degree of TQM implementation has a positive impact on the level of non-financial performance information(setting of performance goals, provision of performance measurements) and there are positive correlation between the degree of TQM implementation and the level of non-financial performance information. And the management accounting information provided by management accounting systems effects on the degree of organizational learning positively, it shows that the degree of organizational learning is increased by providing of management accounting information. The results of this study presented that management accounting information and organizational learning have a significant positive impact on performance of a firm.It is also proposed that the influence of management accounting information on performance of a firm is indirect through the mediating role of organizational learning.
