본 논문에서는 사상체질분류검사 설문지를 이용하여 사상체질을 진단할 때 진단의 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 사상체질 분류함수를 개발하기 위하여 판별분석모형을 이용한다. 그리고 사상체질 판별함수를 적용한 사상체질 진단시스템을 웹기반 클라이언트/서버 모델로 구현한다. 본 연구에서 사용하는 데이터는 9개 한의과대학의 10개 부속한방병원에서 치료를 받은 환자들 중 각 병원의 사상체질전문의로부터 체질진단을 받고 최소한 4주 이상 사상체질 처방을 사용한 후 주 증상이 전반적으로 호전되어 체질이 확인된 환자 2,641명을 대상으로 하고 있다. 이 중에서 한 개 이상의 문항에 결측값이 있는 환자 420명을 제외한 2,221명에 대한 사상체질을 분류한 결과 정분류율(accuracy)이 72.86%, 오분류율(error rate)이 27.14%로 나타났다.
In this study, when we make a diagnosis of constitution using Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification, discriminant analysis model in data mining is applied to seek the classification function into Sasang constitution for improving the accuracy, and we implement a web-based Diagnosis System of Sasang Constitution using the classification function of Sasang constitution.Data used in the analysis are the questionnaires of 2,641 patients who had been treated in 10 oriental medical hospital. The criteria for data cleansing are the missing response in the questionnaires, and 420 sample data are excepted. The classified results for 2,221 patients show that correct rate is equal to 72.86%, error rate is 27.14%.
