In this study, an attempt is made to explore how product characteristics are related to the supply contract flexibility and buyer's logistics performance. The results showed that product characteristics affect on the supply contract flexibility and buyer's logistics performance is depend on the flexibility of supply contract. But flexibility is not always expected to positive effect on performance. Besides we knew newly that buyer's logistics performance could be affected by product characteristics and the factors of supply contract flexibility are also affected each other.
