본 연구는 부산지역 상호금융 영업점의 생산성변화를 분석한 것이다. 이를 위해 2001년에서 2010년까지 부산지역 상호금융 32개의 부산지역 상호금융 영업점을 대상으로 하였다. 영업점의 생산성 변화분석은 Malmquist 생산성 지수로 계산하였으며 이때 투입변수는 인원과 전용면적, 산출변수로는 예탁금, 대출금, 손익이다. 2001년에서 2010년까지 생산성변화지수(MPI)를 보면, 생산성이 감소한 영업점은 기간 2001년~2002년과 2007년~2008년에 가장 많았으며, 기술변화지수(TCI)에 의해 생산성이 증가하였다. 기술 효율성변화지수(TECI)를 순수기술효율성변화지수(PECI)와 규모효율성변화지수(SECI)로 구분하여 생산성의 증가·감소요인을 분석하면, PECI와 SECI에 의해 생산성이 증가한 영업점이 많았다. 2001년부터 2010년까지 영업점들의 평균 MPI는 모두 1이상으로 전 기간에서 생산성은 증가하였다. 기간 2001년~2010년 중 2007년~2008년을 제외한 기간에서 영업점들 생산성의 증가 원인은 TCI이며, 이는 영업점들이 경영합리화를 위해 노력하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 2007~2008년에는 TECI가 생산성 증가의 원인이며, 이는 생산방식의 변화 때문이며, 비용구조나 생산구조 등의 영향을 받아 생산성이 증가한 것이다. TECI를 PECI와 SECI로 구분하여 분석하면, 대부분의 기간에서 PECI와 SECI에 의해 생산성이 증가하였다.
This study analyzed the changes in productivity growth of regional fisheries cooperatives in Busan area. 32 regional fisheries cooperatives in Busan area from 2001 to 2010 were selected as target. Productivity growth analysis of operating office calculates Malmquist productivity index. Input variables are number of persons and nettable area, and output variables are deposit, loans and earnings. Operating offices with reduced productivity existed the most in year between 2001~2002 and between 2007~2008 due to change of production methods. When the cause of increase and decrease of productivity by dividing TECI into PECI and SECI, there were many operating offices with increased productivity by PECI and SECI. The average productivity change index of operating offices from 2001 to 2010 was over 1 and productivity has increased in the entire period. Productivity increase was caused by change of production method between 2007-2008. When TECI is analyzed by dividing into PECI and SECI, productivity increased by PECI and SECI in the most of periods.
