유럽에서 문화를 중심으로 도시 재생을 추구하는 새로운 도시계획이 시작된 후 국내에도 1990년대 이후 문화와 관광을 적용한 도시계획이 이루어지고 있다. 부산의 감천문화마을은 한국의 마추픽추, 산토리니 등으로 불리며 문화와 스토리가 있는 마을로서 매년 방문객 수가 급격히 증가하면서 도시관광의 좋은 예가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 현재 감천문화마을에 대한 관광지로서 평가를 통해 국제적인 관광지로의 발전을 도모할 필요성이 제기 된다. 본 연구의 목적은 방문객이 인식하는 감천문화마을의 관광지 선택속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 분석하여 감천문화마을의 관광활성화 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 본 조사는 2015년 3월 7일부터 3월 27일까지에 걸쳐 감천문화마을 방문자를 대상으로 설문방식으로 자료를 수집하였다. 최종 177부가 실증분석을 사용되었다. IPA 분석 결과, 감천문화마을의 관광지 선택속성의 중요도는 마을의 자연 경관, 알록달록한 주거지 풍경, 마을 청결과 위생 상태, 감천문화마을의 접근성 및 교통편의 순으로 나타났다. 만족도는 알록달록한 주거지 풍경, 마을의 자연 경관, 상가 종사원의 친절성의 순으로 나타났다. 높은 중요도와 낮은 만족도에 해당되는 1사분면은(약점)은 접근성 및 교통편, 화장실 접근성 및 청결성, 휴식공간의 확보 등이 해당되며, 높은 중요도와 높은 만족도에 해당되는 2사분면(강점)은 마을의 자연 경관, 알록달록한 주거지 풍경, 마을 청결과 위생 상태, 정보 습득의 용이, 포토존의 흥미, 상가 종사원의 친절성 등이 해당된다.
Gamcheon Culture Village, one of the most attractive destinations with increasing number of visitors, is the hot place of the urban tourism through the urban regeneration with arts, its history and nostalgia in Busan recently. This study empirically aimed at evaluating the destination selection attributes perceived by visitors of Gamcheon village using IPA. For this purpose, data for this study were collected from respondents who visit at the village from March to June, 2015. A total of 177 usable responses were obtained. IPA results showed that the landscapes of Gamcheon village were top ranked in the both importance and performance criteria. In the quadrant 1 (concentrate here) which indicated high level of importance but low level of performance, there were 3 attributes such as ‘public transportation’, ‘restroom accessibility and cleanliness’, ‘rest zone’. In the quadrant 2 (keep up the good work) which indicated high level of importance and performance, there were 6 attributes such as ‘natural hillside landscape’, ‘pastel residential landscape', ‘village cleanliness and sanitation', ’tourist information for the village', ‘interesting photo zone' and ‘store employee service'.
