본 연구는 급변화하는 사회속에서 민간경비조직의 경영성과와 중요한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 실증적 자료를 제공하고자 민간경비조직의 사회적 네트워크가 의사소통・혁신능력 및 협력행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 검증하였다. 이 연구에서는 유의표집법을 이용하여 2014년 수도권(서울과 경기도)에 소재한 민간경비업체에 근무하고 있는 민간경비원을 대상으로 선정하였으며, 각 업체당 50명씩 총 300명을 표집하였다. 그러나 최종 분석에 사용된 데이터는 255명이다. 자료처리방법은 SPSSWIN 19.0 프로그램을 활용한 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 통계방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이러한 대상자와 통계방법을 통해 영향을 분석한 결과 민간경비조직의 사회적네트워크는 의사소통, 혁신능력, 협력행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 민간경비조직의 의사소통은 혁신능력과 협력행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났고, 혁신능력은 민간경비조직의 협력행동에 관계에서 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과를 통해 민간경비조직의 사회적네트워크가 의사소통 혁신능력, 협력행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것으로 분석되었는데 이러한 결과는 경호경비업무를 수행함에 있어서 다양한 집단 및 많은 사람들과 유대관계를 통해많은 네트워크를 형성하고 활용하는 것이 업무활동에 유리하다는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로 연구의 결과를 토대로 연구의 결론 및 제언에 대해 논의 하였다.
This study aimed to provide empirical data which would be able to give important information and management outcomes of private security firms and analyzed and verified the influence of private security firms’ social network on communication, innovation ability, and cooperation act. This study, using purposeful sampling method, chose 300 private security guards, 50 guards for each firm, who work for private security firms located in the capital area in 2014. The number of the data, however, that is used for this study is 255. It is analyzed by some ways of statistics such as reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and etc. using SPSSWIN 19.0 program. As the result of analysis, a private security firms’ social network brings a positive influence on communication, innovation ability, and cooperation act. Also, communication of private security firms affects their innovation and cooperation. Innovation of the firms gives a positive influence on their cooperation. Through the result, it seems that social network of a security firm could affect communication, innovation ability, and cooperation act positively and this result suggests that it is advantageous to form and utilize many networks with diverse organizations and many people for performing a security task. Lastly, based on the result of the study, its conclusion and proposal are discussed.
