The purpose of This study is to make the concept for How to construct reserve’s distributed learning system and to issue the way of the development. so, I analyzed the recent DOD information-oriented mobilization-system and presented the way of ahead. The key points of this paper is as follows: the information-oriented DOD mobilization system is not pertinent in hand and can not use the distributed learning system in other to meet the requirements’s capability of korea-RMA. Particularly, For doing well the distributed-learning on the multimedia such as Intranet, Internet, IPTV and KFN etc, DOD have to construct the five LMS; Instructor’s LMS, Student’s LMS, Management’s LMS, Planner’s LMS. and DOD have to radically enhance now DOD information-oriented mobilization-system’s capabilities, and sufficiently consider about the integrated exclusive organization and it’s efficiency for DOD distributed-learning, distributing each LMS’s location heading to the efficient management. the content’s development. Adding these, The contents Must be based on the DOD’s Data(Content)’s standardization for re-using, and creating the conversion-processing wizard and the security system for using on the various multimedia. In accordance with these, there are needed like those for constructing reserve’s distributed learning system. ① understanding the distributed learning system establishing the concepts, ② integrated organization and efficiencies ④ development of contents, ⑤ operating system development & upgrade for dowing well. In conclusion these projects require with HI-LOW way for leading to ROC and All projects must be based on the ROC.
