AB - As it enters a knowledge & information-oriented society, the demand for appropriate education emerges from the environment. People in the society are trying to satisfy it from different angles. Although there are lots of changes in the NDET(National Defense Education & Training) environment, It still remains some problems that need to solve, such as instructor-focused, doctrine-focused education, and the cramming education. The purpose of this study is to solve the problems in the NDET environment and adapt a rapid change in the society and provide desired direction for the NDET, which can ensure a victory against the enemy in a war.
