The purpose of this study is to conduct meta-analysis of the factors influencing suicidal intention and the military service adaptation factors. The specific research issues are organized as follows. 1) the effect size of the military personnel suicide intention factors - depression, stress, self-esteem and despair. 2) the effect size of the military service adaptation factors - self-esteem, stress, depression, and social support. 3) the transition of the change by research subject, research year and sampling number. The results of the study were as follow. Among the factors influencing suicidal intention,depression, stress and despair are positive relationships with suicide intention. But self-esteem is negative relationship. And self-esteem and social support are positive relationship with military service adaptation. Stress and depression are negative relationship. The results of research subject, research year and sampling number are not statistically significant.
