Eccrine syringofibroadenoma is an uncommon benign eccrine tumor, which was first described by Mascaro in 1963. It usually develops on the extremeties of elderly persons. Recently we experienced a case of eccrine syringofibroadenoma that occured in a 38-year-old woman. She presented us an asymptomatic solitary reddish nodular plaque with a verrucous surface, which she’d had on her right arm for three months. Histologically, slender anastomosing epithelial cell cords with focal luminal differentiation resembling duct structures were embedded in a fibrovascular stroma. The net-like pattern of epithelial cells resembled that seen in fibroepithelioma.
