Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify predictors of quality of life in colorectal cancer patient with colostomy. The predictors of quality of life were the subject's general·disease characteristics and personal resources. Method: 62 colorectal cancer outpatients with colostomy who visited in hospital participated in the study. The data were analysed with descriptive analysis, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Result: The score of quality of life in colorectal cancer patients with colostomy was 47.92 point. There was a statistically significant difference between quality of life and ostomy management education, depression. Depression was anticipated variable on the patient's quality of life(adjusted R2=.2492). Conclusion: Based on the finding of this study, development of nursing intervention program including reduction of depression can be suggested.
