The purposes of this article is to analyze the actual conditions and to propose development direction for education of muli-cultural family children. We looked into the concept and trend of muli-cultural family. We conducted surveys with 165 female marriage immigrants staying in Choongbuk, Choongnam and Daejun. We proposed educational policies for muli-cultural family children in terms of the protection of their human rights, social welfare, society integration, prevention of educational alienation and human resources development. We should develop muli-cultural family children as global human resources and prepare the policies to admit the culture of minority people. In addition, we have to eliminate the structural unfairness & discrimination and to provide the systematic & exat information about muli-culture for normal children & their parents.
