AB - This study was conducted to examine the improvement of SCM performance through effective logistics management and the level and direction of logistics management improvement by presenting th introduction by enterprises of the supply chain management and desirable directions in the use of the system. To analyse the effect of the using IT on supply chain management performance, this study selected the technical factors of the supply chain management system as independent variables, and logistics cost and customer service as dependent variables. This finding may mean that data for measuring performance in the aspect of cost are actually short because for domestic enterprises the supply chain management is in the early stage of introduction or that respondents to questionnaire have a low understanding of logistics cost performance.
