본 논문에서는 FTA체결에 따른 관세인하 혜택을 받기 위해서 중소기업들이 어떻게 원산지정보를 잘 활용하여 FTA 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 전략을 제시한다. 한국의 경우 세계 국가 중 가장 FTA을 활발하게 하는 국가이다. 어떻게 우리나라 중소기업들이 FTA를 잘 활용하여 관세혜택을 받을 수 있느냐의 주된 요인들 중 하나는 원산지정보를 어떻게 활용하는 가 이다. 따라서 FTA활용을 극대화 할 수 있는 중소기업의 원산지정보관리 시스템의 활용을 극대화할 수 있는 전략을 수립 하는 것은 해당 기업의 수출 증대에 크게 기여할 뿐만 아니라 수출증대에 따른 중소기업의 고용창출도 증대할 것으로 기대된다.
This paper analyzes how to utilize country of origin to boost expert of small-medium firms in FTA. Korea is a country where is the most active FTA countries of the world. How small-medium firms can take advantage of the FTA to receive the tariff benefits is how to utilize the country of origin information. Therefore, to maximize the FTA utilization, SME’s need to develop a strategy to take advantage of the country of origin information management system and this system can contribute significantly to increase their exports. Also this system stimulates the employee increase.
