이 연구는 특정 여가활동유형에 속하는 조사 대상자들의 숙박시설 외에 다양한 관광시설이용에 있어 이용의사의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구의 진행은 크게 두 부분으로 나누어지는데 첫째, 조사대상자들이 선호하는 여가활동의 특성을 파악하였고, 둘째 관광레저도시(충남 태안, 전북 무주, 전남 해남 · 영암)의 25개의 다양한 관광시설에 대한 조사대상자들의 이용의사의 차이를 파악하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째 여가활동에 대한 요인분석 결과 ‘자연중심여가형’, ‘해양레저여가형’, ‘스포츠여가형’, ‘ 친분ㆍ문화중심여가형’으로 4개의 요인으로, 둘째 군집분석결과 군집1 ‘친분ㆍ문화여가활동집단(144명, 52.6%)’, 군집2 ‘여가무관심집단(67명, 24.5%)’, 군집3 ‘적극적여가활동집단(63명, 23%)’으로 나누어졌으며, 셋째 관광레저도시의 25개 관광시설 요인분석결과 ‘테마관광시설’, ‘건강관리관광시설’, ‘고비용관광시설’, ‘학습 · 체험관광시설’, ‘스포츠 · 문화관광시설’, ‘골프 관광시설’ 그리고 ‘먹거리관광시설’ 등 7가지로 나타났다. 관광시설 이용의사의 차이분석 결과는 군집1 ‘친분ㆍ문화여가활동집단’은 테마관광시설과 먹거리관광시설에 대하여 이용할 의사가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, 군집2 ‘여가무관심집단’은 관광시설 모두에서 낮은 이용의사를 보이며, 군집3 ‘적극적여가활동집단’은 건강관리관광시설, 학습 · 체험관광시설, 골프관광시설, 고비용관광시설 그리고 스포츠문화관광시설에 대하여 높은 이용의사를 보였다. 관광시설 개발에 있어 ‘친분ㆍ문화중심여가활동집단’이나 ‘적극적여가활동집단’을 표적시장으로 한 개발이 계획되어져야 한다고 볼 수 있고, ‘여가무관심집단’에 대해서는 그 원인을 정확한 파악 및 분석이 반드시 필요하며 나머지 두 집단의 마케팅과는 차별화되고 신중한 마케팅과 접근이 필요한 것으로 보인다.


The study was carried out to understand usage intention of various tourist facilities aside from accommodations for those surveyed according to specifiedleisure activities. Research, through surveys of usage intention, was conducted to gauge preferred leisure activities from twenty-five various tourist facilities in Tourism leisure city (Chungcheongnam-do nam Taean, Jeonbuk Muju, Jeollanam-do Haenam, Gyeongbuk Yeongam). According to the factor analysis on the types of leisure activities, there were four types of leisure activities and the result cluster analysis was divided into three groups. When looking at the analysis of twenty-five tourist facilities in the Tourism leisure city , seven factors were discovered. The result also showed that Group 1 'relationship/culture driven leisure group' had the highest usage intention on themed tourist facilities and dining facilities. Meanwhile Group 2, 'indifference to leisure group' showed low usage intention at all of the tourist facilities. Group 3 'active leisure doers group' showed high usage intention on a health care facilities, personal enrichment facilities, golf facilities, high-expense tourist facilities and sports/culture facilities.
