본 연구는 남양주 조안 슬로시티 관광객들을 대상으로 NEP 인식이 관광객 만족과 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 것이다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다:첫째, 슬로시티 관광객들의 NEP 인식은 수정된 NEP 척도를 통해 실증조사 분석한 결과 인간중심과 자연중심으로 도출되었으며, 관광객 만족은 단일요인의 관광객 만족으로 축약되었다. 그리고 관광태도는 참여실천과 불편감수의 2개의 요인으로 요약되었다. 둘째, 환경에 대한 인식이 관광객 만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 검증결과 인간중심은 관광객의 만족에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자연중심은 관광객의 만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 환경에 대한 인식이 관광태도에 미치는 영향에 대한 검증 결과에서는 인간중심은 관광태도의 참여실천과 불편감수에 모두 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자연중심은 관광태도의 참여실천과 불편감수에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 관광객 만족과 관광태도 간의 영향에 있어서는 관광객 만족이 참여실천과 불편감수에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 관광객의 환경에 대한 인식이 태도에 미치는 영향 관계에 있어서 만족의 매개효과 검증을 실시한 결과 인간중심과 참여실천의 영향 관계에서 만족은 완전 매개역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었고, 자연중심과 참여실천의 영향 관계에서 만족은 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 인간중심과 불편감수의 영향 관계에서 만족은 완전 매개역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었고, 자연중심과 불편감수의 영향 관계에서 만족은 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다.
This study analyzed the influences of tourists’ environmental perceptions on satisfactions and attitudes on the tourists to slow city(Joan in Namyangju). To investigate this research , a total of 485 questionnaires were collected from Nov. 22th 2012 till Nov. 25th 2012 and the data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, canonical correlation analysis and multi-regressions through SPSS 20.0. The findings were as follows: First, it was analyzed into the influences of tourists’ environmental perceptions(anthropocentrics and ecocentrics) on satisfaction. and influences of tourists’ environmental perception(anthropocentrics and ecocentrics) on attitudes(participant practices and discomfort acceptances). Second, it was analyzed into influences of satisfactions on attitudes(participant practices and discomfort acceptances). Third, the result of Aroian test which focused on the mediate effect of satisfaction. was that satisfaction had the mediate effect in the relationship between the influence of tourists’ environmental perceptions and the attitudes.
