최근 증가 추세에 있는 ADHD 아동들의 대인관계, 학습문제, 행동문제 등을 다루기 위해서는 먼저 정확한 진단을 통해 ADHD를 조기에 발견하고 적절한 중재를 제공하는 일이 가장 중요하다. 그러나 국내에서는 ADHD 아동을 진단하고 평가할 수 있는 표준화된 검사가 거의 없다. 즉 ADHD의 심도를 객관적으로 평가하고 비교할 수 있는 전국 규준이 마련되어 있지 않다. 따라서 병원, 학교, 가정 및 재활기관 등 다양한 장면에서 전문가이든 비전문가(부모)이든 ADHD를 쉽게 판별할 수 있고, ADHD 행동특성(부주의, 과잉행동, 충동성)에 따른 치료와 교육 등 중재방안을 제시할 수 있는 진단 및 평가 도구를 개발할 필요가 있다. 이처럼 ADHD 진단 및 평가도구가 절실히 요청되고 있는 상황에서, 우리 실정에 맞는 한국 주의력결핍․과잉행동장애 진단검사(K-ADHDDS)를 표준화 제작을 하게 되었다. 아울러 이러한 표준화된 검사를 토대로 언제 어디서든 또 부모, 교사, 임상가 등 누구든지 장애를 조기에 판별하고 적절한 중재방안을 제공할 수 있는 웹기반 진단․판별 시스템을 개발하였다.
This study was executed to develop Korean Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Diagnostic Scale for identifying persons with the disorder, and to construct web-based computer-assessment system. Subjects were 322 children and young adults who had been diagnosed as ADHD, and teachers, psychologists and their parents were asked to rate the subtests of KADHDDS(hyperactivity, impulsivity, inattention). The result of internal consistency, standard error of measurement, test-retest, and interrator reliability demonstrated strong reliability of the scale. In addition, the median coefficients and intercorrelations for the subtests were significantly high in statistical analysis. In other words, the scale was known to be reliable and valid. Also, the web-based computer assessment system was developed on the base of the result. As a result, this study suggest the scale can be scientifically and effectively used for diagnosis and assessment of persons with ADHD in the various settings and on-line.
