본 연구는 발달장애아동에게 동요 부르기의 통합적 활동을 적용하여 어휘력과 화용적 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 5~6세의 발달장애아동 3명이었으며, 총 24회기의 중재 프로그램을 적용하였다. 어휘력은 수용 어휘력과 표현 어휘력으로 나누어 AB설계로 변화를 측정하였고, 화용적 행동은 대상자간 중다 기초선 설계로 매회기별 빈도를 측정하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동요 부르기의 통합적 활동은 발달장애아동의 어휘력 향상에 효과적이었다. 동요 부르기의 통합적 활동이 어휘습득에 흥미와 동기를 제공하여 어휘력 향상에 도움을 주었다. 둘째, 동요 부르기의 통합적 활동은 발달장애아동의 화용적 행동의 증가에 효과적이었다. 다양한 활동을 통하여 자발적으로 표현을 유도하며, 대화체의 노랫말을 활용한 프로그램이 의미 있는 의사소통 표현에 영향을 주었음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 동요 부르기의 통합적 활동 프로그램은 발달장애아동의 어휘의 습득과 화용적 행동에도 긍정적인 영향을 준다고 결론 내릴 수 있다.


The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of integrative singing activity program on the vocabulary acquisition and pragmatic acts of children with developmental disabilities. Three children with developmental disabilities who enrolled the private developmental center in B city with the age of 5 to 6 were chosen in this research and thirty minutes per session intervention program was administered twice a week. Vocabulary acquisition divided into receptive vocabulary and expressive vocabulary was measured by AB design and by using the multiple baseline design, the frequency of pragmatic acts was measured on each stage. By applying intervention program, the results were as follows :First, integrative singing activity program was effective on the improvement of vocabulary acquisition of children with developmental disabilities. For the words of a song was changed to the level of children and the chosen words were familiar to them, this helped motivation to improve vocabulary. Second, integrative singing activity program was effective on the improvement of pragmatic acts of children with developmental disabilities. Through various activities, it induced children to express voluntarily in natural situation and the words of the song with conversational style affected improving conversation In conclusion, this study that applied integrative singing activity program is very effective on vocabulary acquisition required to communication and show positive effect on pragmatic acts of children with developmental disabilities.
