도심을 대상으로 하는 도시물류 개선의 선결과제는 배송차량의 주정차와 조업과 관련한다. 그러나 조업주차시설의 정비는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 배송차량의 수요를 고려하여 조업주차시설의 정비방안을 제안한 연구로서 배송차량수요 산출할 수 있는 배송차의 집중원단위에 바탕을 둔 범용적 이론적 산정식을 도출하고 기존의 조업주차시설을 감안한 조업주차시설정비방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 일본의 긴자지역을 대상으로 설문조사와 실태조사를 하였다. 그 결과 배송차와 승용차의 피크시간은 차이가 있고 배송차량의 조업주차시간은 짧다라는 것이 밝혀졌다. 배송차량수요 산출을 위해 도심의 가구단위 시간당 산정식을 도출하였으며 조업주차시설의 정비방안은 실태조사지역을 대상으로 노상의 주차공간을 승용차를 고려한 공간적 분리방법과 시간적 분리방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 이론적 산정식은 그동안 제안한 연구사례가 없어 단순한 배송차량 수요파악을 위한 지표로서 가능하다는데 그에 큰 의의가 있지만 배송차량의 집중원단위는 지역에 따라 차이가 있을 수 있으므로 이식을 이용하여 산출된 수요도 큰 차이가 있을 수 있으며 또한 국내 도시에 적용하지 못한 한계가 있다.


Improvement of loading parking facility needs on Central Business District(CBD) because main issue of Urban Goods Movement is to solve the parking problem of freight car and loading activity. Therefor this study aims to propose the improvement method of loading parking facility according to demand volume of freight car. So, it developed theoretical equation of demand volume based on concentration standard unit of freight car. And using on theoretical equation of demand volume, it proposed the calculation method of supply volume that has regard to the existing loading parking facility of freight car. The questionnaire and Actual surveys carried out at Ginza District on Tokyo. It developed theoretical equation of demand volume per time by block for demand volume calculation of Freight car on CBD. In the study, as the improvement method of on-road Loading parking facility on freight car, it proposed the methods of space-sharing and time-sharing that has regard to passenger car. And the methods was applied to the survey district. The new calculation method of demand volume for freight car would be expected to be calculated using the theoretical equation of demand volume since there isn't case of study for theoretical equation of demand volume so far. However, this study has a little limitation that when it applies on CBD of other city using theoretical equation of demand volume of this study, the calculated demand volume differs from actual demand volume since concentration standard unit different from city to city.
