중국정부는 인터넷 산업에 대해 많은 관심과 중요성을 인지하여 정보화영역과 관련된 각종 인터넷 지원정책을 발표하고 기초 네트워크 설비구축을 강화하는 등 인터넷 접속이용이하도록 중국 전역에 네트워크의 기반을 다지고 있다. 또한 중국 인터넷 산업이 빠른속도로 발전할 수 있었던 배경에는 무엇보다도 중국정부의 적극적인 정책적 지원 및 성장패러다임의 정책전환을 들 수 있다. 2000년대 전반에는 전자상거래 법적기반을마련하였고, 2000년대 후반에는 국가차원에서 전자상거래 발전을 위한 전략 및 구체적실행방안을 수립하였다. 중국정부의 적극적인 지원정책에 힘입어 가장 성공한 온라인 비즈니스 기업으로 알리바바 그룹을 들 수 있다. 이의 성공요인을 살펴보면 다음 세 가지로요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 사업영역의 확장을 들 수 있다. 둘째, 지불 시스템의 완비를 들 수 있다. 마지막으로 물류시스템 구축을 들 수 있다. 상기 세 가지 요인을 구축, 완비함으로서알리바바 그룹은 향후 중국뿐만 아니라 전 세계로 진출할 수 있는 토대를 마련했다고볼 수 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 본 논문은 1장에서 서론, 2장에서 중국의 인터넷기업에 대한 선행연구를 살펴본 후, 3장에서는 중국 인터넷 산업에 대한 중요성 및 중국정부의 주요 인터넷 관련산업정책 등 중국 인터넷 상거래 관련전반에 대해 분석을 진행할 것이며, 4장에서는 중국 알리바바 기업이 급속한 발전을 이루게 된 성장전략이 무엇인지, 구체적으로 사업영역(플랫폼)의 확장, 지불결제시스템의 완비, 물류시스템의 구축 등 3가지 방면에서분석 후, 결론을 도출하였다.
Chinese government is laying the foundation for the Internet, such as Internet access throughout China to facilitate the recognition of the importance of the Internet industry announced a variety of Internet-enabled policies related to the information area andstrengthening the construction of basic network facilities. Due to the strong support of the Chinese government policy may be cited as the most successful On-line business company Alibaba Group. Looking at its success canbe summarized in the following three points of view. First, there may be mentionedthe expansion of the business domain. Second, there may be mentioned a suite ofpayment systems. Finally, there may be mentioned a logistics system. With building of these three factors, Alibaba group can be seen that by fully laid the foundation for the future, international market as well as further development of Chinese market.
