본 연구의 목적은 진로탐색 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 실시해 대학생들로 하여금 자기자신과 직업세계에 대한 탐색을 통하여 현명한 진로를 선택하도록 돕는데 있다. 이를 위해 4년제 대학교에 재학중인 대학생 25명을 대상으로 13명은 실험집단에, 12명은 통제집단에 무선배치하여 실험집단에 8회에 걸쳐 프로그램을 처치하였다. 연구설계는 사전-사후 검사 실험설계의 변형된 형태이다. 프로그램을 실시한 결과, 본 프로그램은 대학생의 진로정체감, 자아정체감, 진로결정수준 검사에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 따라서 본 프로그램은 대학생들의 진로의식과 태도 및 진로선택 능력의 향상에 도움을 주는 것으로 볼 수 있다.


This study aims to develop and verify a program that can be used to help college students decide their career in a reasonable manner based on the insight to themselves and career circumstances. The fundamental structure of the program finalized throughout this process is composed mainly of 3 stages(insight to vocational circumstances, insight to self, choice of career) and 8 areas. The research design to verify the hypothesis of this study is a variant of pretest-posttest experiment design. The samples of this study were male and female college students who volunteered to participate in the program. Out of 25 in the samples, 13 participated in the program while the remaining 12 didn't. As means of examining the effect of the program, tests for career identity, self identity, career decision level were employed. Findings of this study might be summarized as follows: First, career group counselling program had a significant influence on career identity of students. Second, career group counselling program exercised a significant influence on self identity of students. Third, career group counselling program impacted on career decision level of students significantly.
