본 연구는 장애예술영재의 정의와 출현율, 장애영역별 출현 가능 예술영역에 대한 기초연구의 필요를 반영한 델파이연구를 진행하였다. 문헌연구를 통하여 장애예술영재를 정의하고, 델파이 연구를 통하여 정의의 합의(consensus) 가능성 및 장애예술영재의 출현율과 장애영역별 출현 가능성을 질문지를 통하여 확인하였다. 4개 분야의 전문가들이 델파이 패널로 선정되었는데, 영재분야, 장애분야, 예술분야, 예술영재분야의 전문가들이다. 광범위한 문헌 연구를 통하여 장애예술영재의 정의는 예술영역에 뛰어난 성취를 보이거나 잠재성을 가진 장애학생으로 하였다. 연구결과 장애예술영재의 정의는 전문가들이 합의 가능하였고, 출현율은 장애학생 중 약 1.3%였으며, 장애영역별 가능한 예술영재에 대한 결과를 산출하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine a definition of Disabled Arts Gifted & Talented and delphi study for Disabled Arts Talented. The Delphi Study process essentially provides an interactive communication structure between the researcher(s) and ‘experts’ in a field, in order to develop themes, needs, directions or predictions about a topic. Disabled Arts Talented is defines as Disabled person who well perform or visual Arts. The delphi study participants were 4 group experts. Gifted group, Disabled group, Arts group, Arts gifted group take survey two times of delphi survey. The main results obtained were as follows. First, The definition(Disabled Arts Talented) was agreed by experts. Seconds, Disabled Arts Talented rate were 1.3%. Third, possible appearance for Arts Talented in Disabled area were reported. This study was significant in that the first study for Disabled Arts Talented in Korea. Therefore, further study and research to whole census for Disabled Arts Talented would be necessary.
