본 연구는 노인일자리사업과 자기효능감 및 생활만족도와의 관계분석을 위해 자기효능감을 매개변수로 설정하여, 노인일자리사업과 생활만족도의 관계에서 매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경남 J시, M시의 노인복지관, 시니어센터 등을 중심으로 노인일자리사업에 참여하고 있는 60세 이상 남･여 노인을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 조사를 실시하였다. 연구자료를 토대로 분석한 결과 자기효능감은 노인일자리 참여만족과 생활만족도간의 관계에서 완전매개역할은 하지 않지만 부분매개역할은 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 일자리사업 참여노인의 자기효능감을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인일자리사업의 활성화를 위한 사회복지적인 개입방안을 제시하였다.
This study set up self-efficacy as the mediator that can explain the change of outcome variables more specially and verify the effect in analyzing the effect of EJP on life satisfaction. The questionnaire research survey was used for the eldery people aging more than 60 who has participated in EJP as the subject in Senior welfare community center etc. in J and M city in Kyungnam. This result shows that self-efficacy has an important effect on life satisfaction of the eldery people who participate in EJP as the mediator . Also It show that later it needs to be done the study to set up other mediator than self-efficacy from various view and verify its effect. Intervention solution is needed to be enhance participation satisfaction and self-efficacy.
