The aims of this study is practically to provide an organizer for an exhibition with basic information, which supports interactive services optimized management of an exhibition through analyzing and comparing service factors of an exhibition organizer. The results are listed as follows: First, as comparing importance with performance in an organizer’s service of exhibition to visitors and participating companies, they showed a significant difference all factors except six factors. Secondly, as analyzing IPA(importance-performance) in side of participating companies, they should be needed to improve since factors such as “a reputation and a prestige of an organizer”, “a reliability of an organizer”, “numbers of visitors”, “quality level of companies participating in exhibition”, “an environment in exhibition hall”, “a scale of and exhibition hall”, and “accessibility to an exhibition” had high levels of importance, but low levels of performance. Thirdly, as analyzing IPA in way of visitors, they should be needed to improve since factors such as “numbers of visitors”, “application process for exhibition”, “a scale of an exhibition hall”, “accessibility to an exhibition”, “locations and arrangements od booth”, and “prompt service of staff for exhibition” had high levels of importance, but low levels of performance.
