This study was conducted to find out the influence of hotel servicescape on service value and customer satisfaction, and compare the differences between Korean hotels and Chinese hotels. To achieve the gaol, an empirical study involving users of premium hotels in Korean and China were conducted. In the results, 5 dimensional construct consists of 17 items were found to be valid and reliable. Hotel servicescape was proved to have significant influence on service value and satisfaction. In Korea, air condition and safety had statistically significant effect on service value while comport factor showed significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, in China, general physical environment factor showed significant influence on service value while aesthetic impression had significant influence on customer satisfaction. Service value was found to have significant effect on customer satisfaction in both countries.
