AB - >National Rental Housing (NRH) have been supplied since 1998 in Korea. In the case of NRH, we can not observe market rent because rent is determined by the government. This makes it difficult to estimate the demand on NRH using market information.This study analyzes influencing factors on people's willingness to pay(WTP) for national rental housing by contingent valuation method(CVM) used to measure environmental values. For survey method, this study uses double bounded dichotomous choice question(DBDCQ). The result showed that mean WTP for national rental housing in Bucheon is 1.89~1.93million wons in chonse for using linear logistic model. Also, price elasticity on demand is turned out to be 4.26~4.98. This indicates that demand on NRH is highly elastic by rental price level.
