This study is intended to provide useful information which attempts to maximize organizational goals through an efficient system. In an attempt to analyze the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of Vietnamese hotel employees in jobs, we must recognize the importance of role of employees as they provide excellent customer service to fulfill wants and desires of customers.To accomplish the purpose of this study, I conducted theoretical studies and quantitative research. The survey data was collected from 332 hotel employees in 9 super deluxe hotels in the city of Hanoi and Hochiminh city in Vietnam. The questionnaires consisted of 36 items regarding job satisfaction, 10 items regarding personal characteristics. The data collected was analyzed with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis after data coding and cleaning by the SPSS ver. 10.1 program.
