From the changes of business environment, the importance of business ethics is emphasized by the tourism industry in Korea. The study analyzed the roles of trust and the influence to the organizational effectiveness focusing on the tourism industry. Through the study the scientific foundation of business ethics in the tourism industry was prepared, and the practical direction to the improvement of managerial performance was groped. This study investigated the relationship between the business ethical perception and the organizational effectiveness for the employees in the tourism industry; it contributed more detail on the existing theories of business ethics partly confirming the role of trust. Furthermore, it is very meaningful that the study demonstrated some practical suggestions.
