This study is about effect of educational training of transition and organizational effectiveness focused on chain family restaurant. For test of hypothesis it has been selected three factors for educational training and three factors for organizational effectiveness as well as it tested the result of transition between causality and single factor through public acceptability. The result identified,education trainer’s ability is the most significant factor at the educational training also it impact on success of education transition and organizational effectiveness. According to result the factor of education trainer is related to the organizational effectiveness including job satisfaction, organizational vitality and intention of change job. This result indicates that the education trainer is closely influenced on organizational effectiveness therefore quality of education from certain trainer who would deliver organizational benefit also on development of organizational power. Consequently, more study on educational training program could create enhancement of catering industry.
