Work-family conflict is an important issue in the human resource management of lodging Industry. It provides implication that improves work environment for workers in lodging Industry. The study examined the structural relationships among work-family conflict, job involvement and life satisfaction in the perspective of hotel employees. To test the hypotheses among the constructs, data were collected from 229 accommodation employees located in Seoul, Kyung-gi and Gwang-won province on November 2011. Results of a regression analysis showed that respondents’ perception on their experience of work-family conflict had a significant positive relationship with their job involvement and life satisfaction. In contrast, the respondents’ character was not positive related to work-family conflict. Implications for human resources manager and employee stress management were discussed further.
