The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of job satisfaction and the turnover intention of the employees who are in charge of airline passenger transportation outsourcing. As for the empirical study, it has used questionnaires written based on the theoretical research. The survey has been performed on passenger transportation outsourcing employees working at national airlines in Incheon International Airport and Kimpo International Airport. The returned 193 sheets of questionnaire were confirmed as effective sample, and IBM SPSS 19.0 was used to carry out frequency analysis, difference test, reliability and validity test and regressive analysis. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, with regard to job satisfaction, the respondents have the least satisfaction with their company’s welfare system and wages. Secondly, there were differences in job satisfaction and wages depending on age and length of service. Lastly, like the results of previous studies, this study shows that job satisfaction has negative (-) correlation with and affects the turnover intention. This study has focused only on the employees working at national airlines in Incheon International Airport and Kimpo International Airport, so it is difficult to draw comprehensive and general research conclusions. Also it hasn’t carry out the comparison research with airline passenger transportation to regular employees, so it is limited to objective test of analysis.
