Foreigners entering Korea through Incheon International Airport, the Chinese tourists occupy a very high ratio. Meanwhile, in order to achieve a certain standard, the airport's facilities are constantly improved. Which represents the public space of the image of the airport is a part that the Chinese tourists must be used. So, to explore the satisfaction and loyalty of Chinese tourists to the airport's public space, there is a certain role for the development of airport service facilities. Therefore, by focusing on the Chinese tourists to distinguish the basic elements of the airport’s public space servicescape, the purpose is to through the related analysis to understand how the each element influent the customer satisfaction and how the customer satisfaction influent the customer loyalty. Thus, as a basic data, this study is to be prepared for the marketing strategy of the airport public facilities.
