The human resource is a one of the most significant factors to the all of organizations therefore the way of using human resource is closely impact on the success of organizations. The leadership and trust is a specially important to the organizational culture and the interaction dominate for the long term business. Achieving the goal of this research, The study analysis through a ton of the industry study, such as SPSS 12.0, Factor Analysis, Technical Analysis. The study was held within the period April, 15 ~ 21, 2013 with 320 copies of question and answer sheets. So, we selected 292 sheets out of 296 from all five stars hotels in Seoul and KeongGi providence. According to analysis the middle manager's leadership on the organization citizen's action and trust regulation effect the only transactional leadership effect on the organizational citizen's action and regulation effect. Furthermore the leadership between middle manager's trust and organization citizen's action the trust shows positive effective relationship on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
