The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leisure constraints perception, leisure constraints negotiation and leisure satisfaction. and to analyse the intermediate effect of food service employees' leisure constraints negotiation on the relationship among leisure constraints perception and leisure satisfaction. Collected data were statistically analyzed using the package programs of SPSS22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the intermediate effect of food service employees' leisure constraints negotiation on the relationship among Leisure Constraints Perception and Leisure Satisfaction, interpersonal constrains and structural constraints among the leisure constraints perception had indirect effects on leisure satisfaction. Second, among the leisure constraints perception, intrapersonal constraints did not have significant effects on leisure constraints negotiation. Interpersonal constrains and structural constraints had significant effects on leisure constraints negotiation. Third, among the leisure constraints perception, intrapersonal constraints did not have significant effects on leisure satisfaction. Interpersonal constrains and structural constraints had significant effects on leisure satisfaction. Fourth, among the leisure constraints negotiation, time management did not have significant effects on leisure satisfaction. Skill acquisition, interpersonal coordination, and financial strategies had significant effects on leisure satisfaction.
