The purpose of this study to make multilateral evaluation of hotel industry internship program. For multilateral evaluation, this study based on the CIPP evaluation model which is used in order to improve and to give systematic feedback. And this study applied exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, simple regression analysis and canonical correlation analysis. The findings of this study are as follows; First, the internship program should presents goals of course and curriculum and goals should coincide to increase occupational consciousness and intention of employment. Second, the internship program should be composed of learning contents and lectures for helping participants’ career to increase occupational consciousness and intention of employment. Third, the internship program should be supported and managed for developing participants career to increase occupational consciousness and intention of employment. Fourth, try to increase satisfaction of the internship program to increase occupational consciousness and intention of employment.
